I think most children are lovely. These were panhandling while their mother waited in the background. Flip gave them money while I snapped pictures. There is a great deal of poverty in Mexico.
There is, indeed. I wonder how they feel when people keep clicking at them, though. At least they get some money for it. Sigh..
Quite a lot of money in this case. I try not to be intrusive, and I didn't photograph them because they were poor, but because they were adorable.
