If I were a dog, I'd always have my head out of the car window. I definitely understand the attraction. Fun photo. :)
Velvet,
Baby, my daughter and I pulled our horse trailer with two ponies down the east coast with that car, from our home in Vermont to Florida and up to Western NC, where we settled.
Even though Baby was blind, she took in the sights from out her window when she wasn't leaping into my lap as I drove.
That is one big dog! wook awt dat face! what a cutie.
Reflective,
That's my wolf, Baby. She was the other side of my soul.
Thank you so much for posting this. I have felt after losing my last two (one dog, one wolf) that a very large piece of my soul is waiting to have that place filled again. I'm so thankful to find a kindred spirit in you.
Angela,
I could do an entire blog about Baby. She was an amazing being and taught me so much.
I know you understand as few do.
Susan,
I don't know if the link will come through, but this is to my boy. And yes, that experience was something beyond words for me. I wouldn't even begin to know how to talk about it or try to explain it to someone. I was just thrilled to know that you are someone who understands.

Here we go. I think the link was cut off. If you click on my pic, though, he's there. I like that. Thanks again.
Angela,
He's beautiful!! And so familiar looking.
Is that the avatar you use on your blog?
People who live in fear of "wild" animals miss so much out of life.
I agree wholeheartedly and wouldn't have traded that experience for anything. I changed out the avatar just for you. You are special and I love that wolf connection so very much. Thanks for taking the time to look, Susan. I appreciate you and am hoping the best for you and Flip.
Angela,
Sometimes ones avatar is also ones guardian angel. Thank you for showing me your beautiful baby.
I appreciate you, too, and enjoy your visits.
