I love these shots! I like the perspective on the boat on the left in the first shot.

That's a simply beautiful boat in the second shot. I can't imagine what it would be like to have a boat like that in one's life.

Beautiful photos my friend. I especially like the first one. Sort of dreamy looking.

Velvet,

I love boats. I spent my childhood summers on them, and they still excite me.

I always intended to grow up to be a pirate, but it looks like I missed the boat on that one.

Dan,

Thank you for coming over here. I can't imagine living someplace w/o boats.

Amazing! I am SO jealous it's ridiculous - I've always wanted to live in San Francisco! LOL

Heart of Darkness,

It's the most beautiful of cities. I think only Paris and Florence compare.

I had always wanted to live here, too, and I was finally able to. It's been wonderful.

Majestic and thrilling! My husband has instilled in me a love of all water-craft.

Princess,

I love boats, too. I grew up on one in the summers, and they still fascinate me.

Thanks for coming by!

You know, don't you, that some of these wonderful pictures are going to sail on over to Things I've Found In The Blogosphere?

Wondering what you think about the possibility of a couple link exchanges?

heartinsanfrancisco said...

Kilroy,

That's flattering, but original photos and writing belong to their creator.

I don't exchange links, although some of the blogs listed on my sidebar also list me on theirs. I prefer to read blogs for awhile before I decide to link to them.

Ah, Paris and Florence. That would be lovely, too.

The pictures are beautiful. SF was the city closest to home growing up but so different from my little town that I was always intimidated by it. I'm very glad to know that it is your heart place and that you are where you longed to be. I can't think of anything that beats a dream fulfilled.

Angela,

Where did you grow up?

When you first commented to my other blog, I tried to find yours but there was only a profile page. Is it private?

Michael,

Oh, you're so sweet.

Rachel,

Thank you for your comment and your visit.

I just checked out your two blogs and was knocked over by your amazing photos.

Do you have a book of your work somewhere, because you really should. You have a fantastic eye and your pictures are a total joy.

I was reading about your cat and had to smile as my little she cat is top cat and wont allow others into the house.

Nick,

Oh, no. Thank YOU! You're very kind.

Ropi,

Oops. I hope pictures of boats don't make you seasick.

Middle Ditch,

Some cats simply don't play well with others.

Thank you for coming by!

Middle Ditch,

Sorry I didn't get over here sooner. Thank you for coming by. If your cat looked like Joey, she must have been very beautiful.

I'm sorry for your loss.
